  3. When is the distribution going to take place?

    Payments to qualifying Class Members commenced on September 25, 2015 and is now completed. A second distribution to all Class Members who cashed their initial check will take place in September 2017.

    All checks from the 2015 distributions will go void in August 2017. If you have not yet cashed your check from one of the 2015 distributions, please do so, as funds from un-cashed checks will be re-distributed in the second distribution.

  4. I never cashed my check from a 2015 distribution. Can it be reissued?

    No. Checks from the 2015 distributions cannot be reissued as of July 3, 2017. Un-cashed checks from the 2015 distributions will be redistributed.

  5. I received an Order to Withhold and Deliver, what am I supposed to do?

    The Order came from the State of Washington Department of Social and Health Services.  If you have any questions regarding the Order, or any disputes regarding the information contained within the Order, you must contact the Department directly.  Gilardi is a third party administrator that has been provided with the Order to Withhold and Deliver and Gilardi is going to honor the request from the State by withholding the amount specified in the Order.

  6. Who do I contact if I received an Order to Withhold regarding Child Support?

    You may call the agent listed on the forms you receive, or the DSHS general line at 360-664-5000 or 1-800-457-6202. If you call the general number, you will be transferred to your Support Enforcement Officer.

  7. Who do I contact if I received an Order to Withhold not regarding Child Support?

    For all other Orders to Withhold (e.g. vendor overpayments), please call the contact number on the forms you receive. This will route you to your specific Revenue Agent.  You may call the main number at 360-664-5700 or 1-800-562-6114.
